What is the orange silicon fan thing for?
Went together easily just got an extra part I don’t know what to use!
I ordered this feeder for my french bulldog. It broke where it slips together on the back. I glued it back together & it broke again! I had my friend use tiny screws to put it back together again! Now one of the smaller wooden pieces on the back has come off!! I’ve contacted them by email four times with NO response at all. I’ve noticed the newer ones have a metal bravket. Mine has a wooden one. I’d love to exchange it for an unbroken one…..but I’d think twice before buying one. There’s NO customer support.
This feeder is GREAT! My brother has one for his Frenchton (Frenchie and Boston mix) and so we had to get one for ours! We love the style, it was easy to put together AND our Frenchton with her short stubby legs can reach the bowls just fine! We like that it’s a bit elevated so while she’s eating, nothing gets stuck in her throat and she can digest her food properly.
My favorite part is the cute design! I also love how this is elevated and slanted for flat faced dogs.
