What about shipping and delivery
We ship from right here in the United States of America!
Our fulfillment partner fulfills orders within 1 business day (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL).
Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier.
On average, we expect customers to receive their orders within 3 business days!
I received a collar, but where is the tracker? It didn’t come with a tracker it just came with a styrofoam round piece where the tracker is supposed to go no instructions or anything I don’t get it was I just buying the collar? Where am I supposed to get a tracker that fits in there? Please let me know, you pay so much for a collar around the track is not on it I don’t get this

Please go back to the drawing board on this product. First, I have not been a user of Airtags before, so this experience was an education. The location does not update very often - and we tested it in many scenarios. It seems Airtags are meant more for static lost items, not moving dogs. By the time you get any location reading, the dog will be long gone. Also, a savvy dog snatcher is going to see the Airtag in the collar and will immediately remove it and ditch it. Please stop marketing this as something it really is not.
The top constantly falls off. I emailed the company and never got a response back.
